- Online access to certification-exam practice questions, explanations, progress-management features, and other learning content provided through Cloud Study Exams.

- Monthly Plan: JPY 4,980 per month
- Yearly Plan: JPY 17,980 per year
- Additional Charges
- No shipping charges apply because the Service is provided digitally. Users are responsible for internet connection charges, mobile data charges, and any fees independently imposed by their card issuer or financial institution.
- Payment Method
- Credit card payment processed through Stripe. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
- Payment Timing
- The applicable fee is charged when the subscription is purchased. Unless cancelled, the same fee is charged automatically at each monthly or yearly renewal.
- Availability of the Service
- Access to paid content is normally granted immediately after payment authorization and the membership status has been successfully updated.
- Application Period
- No fixed application period applies unless a separate deadline is clearly stated on the applicable offer page.
- Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal

- The Monthly Plan renews automatically every month.
- The Yearly Plan renews automatically every year.
- The subscription continues until the user completes the prescribed cancellation procedure.
- There is no minimum number of renewals unless separately stated before purchase.
- Cancellation
- A subscription may be cancelled through the subscription cancellation page. Cancellation must be completed no later than the day before the next renewal date to avoid the next recurring charge. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
- Returns, Cooling-Off, and Refunds
- Because the Service is supplied digitally, physical returns are not applicable. The statutory cooling-off system generally does not apply to online mail-order transactions. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after access to the paid Service has begun. Exceptions If a duplicate charge, payment-processing error, or material service defect attributable to the Operator occurs, please contact us through the contact page. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. No prorated refund is provided for cancellation during an already-paid subscription period.
- System Requirements
- Users must provide, at their own expense, a compatible internet-connected device, web browser, and network environment. Certain functions may not operate correctly on unsupported or outdated environments.
- Important Notice Regarding Results
- Cloud Study Exams provides learning materials and practice content. Use of the Service does not guarantee certification-exam results, passing scores, employment outcomes, income, or any other specific result.
- Terms and Privacy
- Use of the Service is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
